Storage directions: Keep refrigerated, consume within 1-2 days. For longer storage, do wash them and keep them in the freezer.
Do clean the bayberries before eating them. Soak them in salt water (about 1 tsp/5g of salt to 2 cups/500 ml of water). Soak for about 20-30mins. Drain, wash one more time with fresh water, and dry them on a paper towel.
