When will I receive my order upon confirmation?
Our next delivery date is stated on the checkout page. Please choose accordingly. We deliver based on the our weekly delivery schedule (Every Tuesday & Saturday, between 1pm – 6pm).

What if the fruit(s) I ordered went out of stock?
Availability of fruits are subjected to season and flight/shipment. In the event that the fruits you ordered are not available before delivery, we will inform you to change to another fruit that is available.
Can I do self-collection?
Currently we do not have a physical store thus, self collection is not available.
Would I be able to cancel or edit my orders?
All items sold cannot be changed or refunded.
Is customization of fruits box/ basket available?
We provide fruits box/ basket customization service. Kindly WhatsApp us at 96266924 to find out more.
How do I place a group buy or corporate order?
Please send your request to WhatsApp 96266924.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver locally, within Singapore.
What are the applicable delivery charges?
Orders of $76 (after any promotion/credit) and above entitled to free delivery. There will be a delivery charge of $8.50 for orders below $76 (after any promotion/credit). Free delivery is not applicable to Tuas, Jurong Island and Sentosa.
Delivery to Tuas, Jurong Island and Sentosa will be $10.
What are the charges for delivery to non-residential area or address with no lift?
There will be additional $5 for delivery to non-residential area.
There will be additional $3 for delivery to address with no lift.
Our customer service staff will contact you separately for the additional payment.
Can I request for re-delivery if there is no one at home?
No, we do not provide redelivery. The box of fruits will be left outside the unit (as per delivery address). There will be no redelivery if the delivery company is not able to enter the premises. Order will be deem as fulfilled.
A photo of the fruits box will be taken and sent to inform customer of the successful delivery. Tai Kang Healthy Fruits will not be liable for any missing/damage to the fruits.
In the event if customer ask to deliver to another address. We will bill the re-delivery fees to the customer.
Can I change the delivery date after I have placed the order?
Please contact us at 96266924 to make the necessary changes 24h before the delivery day.
Can I request to split the multiple items I ordered to be send to different addresses?
If you would like to send it to different addresses, please order separately.
What happen if I key in a wrong or incomplete shipping address?
Please check your shipping address before carting out. Kindly ensure that the unit number and postal code is correct. In the event if any information is entered wrongly, we will follow the postal code and leave it at the lift lobby. We will not be able to bring the fruits back and redeliver as it will affect the freshness of the fruits. We seek your understanding in this matter.
Defective or Incorrect Product Received
What if I received a defective item?
If you believe you have received a defective item, you can send it to us at 96266924 with your order number, and a photograph of the defect.
All defective items have to be made known to us within 24 hours upon receiving of goods.
If the item is deemed defective by Tai Kang Healthy Fruits, store credit will be issued. Where store credits are issued, such store credits will expire after 3 months. Tai Kang Healthy Fruits reserve the rights to choose to issue store credit or refund
I received an incorrect item, what should I do?
If you believe you have missing item in your order WhatsApp us at 96266924 with your order number, and a photograph of the item.
If the item is deemed missing by Tai Kang Healthy Fruits, store credit or a refund will be issued. Where store credits are issued, such store credits will expire after 3 months. Tai Kang Healthy Fruits reserve the rights to choose to issue store credit or refund.
